How to book?
Simply click the booking link and choose your preferred date and time. Appointment slots are available every 15minutes. Booking after 4:30pm should be in person. This time of the day is busy and we prefer walk-in to avoid any delay.
Is registration needed?
Yes, you have to be a registered patient with a family doctor on site. Only available to patients with Health cards.
Can I cancel online?
Absolutely, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime through the booking link. It should be at least 24h in advance to let other patients book that slot.

What if I forget my appointment?
You will receive reminders via email before your scheduled time. please update your email with our staff on site.
